Georg Cronheim published two articles in 1947 that give a thorough and intriguing description of the pharmaceutical uses of ozonides. Since 1947 remarkably few scientific discussions have been made with regard to the chemotherapeutic effects of ozonides, however, those that have been published seem very worthy of review.
